Automatic Batch

Jan 12, 2012 at 7:33 PM

Plax is wonderful. Thank you very much for creating it. I use it mostly for removing chapters from .mp4 files.

The one feature that would make life a lot easier is if there was a batch chapter removal feature.

Steps:

1) Specify a folder or files that contain the .mp4/.m4v

2) Application opens, removes all chapters, and saves the file

3) Application parses through the entire folder or files specified in step 1

Not sure of the level of difficulty to implement this.

I see the new version is posted. Can you explain how the 'batch chapter removal' works? I don't see the option to select a folder of videos OR the option to select more than one video.

Just pass the following command-line arguments:

drax.exe /folder:"C:\Temp" /clear_chapters

Thank you. It works great. Saves so much time. The only other suggestion I have is to add on a switch or the ability for the batch process to search within root folders and process content within subfolders.
